These tablets Solaray Vitamin C release vitamin C in two steps for quick action and prolonged action.

Indication

The release of two-step process ensures a vitamin C throughout the day.
  • First step: 50% of the vitamin C is rapidly released once inside the stomach.
  • Second step: the remaining vitamin C is gradually released over a period of 12 hours.

Dosage

1 capsule daily with a glass of water during the meal.

Bien, car la vitamine C est distribuée à l'organisme en deux temps mais les comprimés sont difficiles à avaler. Je dois les couper en deux ou les casser en plusieurs morceaux pour les enfants.Je le fais également pour moi.
